Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd in the competition. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more proud of her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes working out her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. How she does this is through supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
